Meditating for beginners in practical steps

Put on some nice relaxing music, unwind with a few candles, a little of your favourite incense, a picture of boudda, breath in, take deep breath and allow all the thoughts drift in and out, not taking any notice of the thoughts come in to your mind, as if they are little memories, coming and going.
